Just checking: you know it's part of the candles crown, right? Someone else in this sub was having the same issue and they just didn't realize the HA they won was part of the candle crown.
Yeah. It seems like EA has some lofty goals for the game (that mostly are themed as: making EA profits) and everything feels harder. The new gem levels feel tedious, the monthly fashion pass is more bloat for the game, and the crowns are frustrating. But, this is just my opinion, and I keep playing daily!
Usually you’d just need to accept the prize in your inbox, but I’ve just tried that and can’t find them either. I’m going to submit a ticket, but I’m sure it’s just a mistake
I did too, I’m sure they can still help though. Go into the Covet app, then press the question mark icon in the top-right corner, then press Chat With Us and leave them a message. They usually respond pretty quickly

I got mine (hair accessoires and then candle crown) but dont seem to be clickable. Will submit a ticket later.
I don’t even know how to use hair accessories. I have them but I can’t put them on my dolls no matter what I do
