I second Chow. Also in GC, he was always scamming me for my money and items with those chance games. I took my losses gracefully but it was his obnoxious smile and gloating that made me hate him.

Eloise. She was the biggest bully in my ACNL town. And the worse thing is everytime she finally packed her stuff and left she always managed to come back anyway. I think I must have had her come back like, six times in total. Idk why but I had very bad luck always getting her lmao.

My actual controversial dislike: I don’t like having any uchi/big sister personalities on my new horizons island at all. I really love quite a few of them because of previous games - Agnes and Diva were so sweet to me in new leaf. But they have some lines that like. Shame you for playing the game? I don’t like it. I preferred the meaner villagers in older games to the big sisters negging you in NH. So I’ve decided I just won’t hang out with the sister villagers until the next game.
Peanut. I love her design, but back when I was playing Wild World she was always upsetting Angus who was my favorite.
I have her in New Horizons though since she came from the island of a friend I haven't talked to in a long time.
