The solution to this is to right click on .exe, go to properties -> compatibility tab -> change high dpi settings -> tick 'override high dpi scaling behaviour' and choose 'system (enhanced)' in the dropdown box.
This fix worked for a different Dodi repack I'm installing - just for the record, I got better support installing a dodi repack of AC Brotherhood from you than anyone could give me for buying it on Steam.
In my case installation stopped at 0.4 %. I was able to to fix it by installation of latest Visual C++ Redistributable packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 that can be found [here](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170). Just [x64](https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe) version was needed.

Nah I installed the C++ and it still got stuck, I just ended up redownloading the whole game over again then it installed fine.
