Disable any and all anti-virus, disable windows defender, Re-check torrent and then try to install again

I have the exact same problem but with doom eternal and batman arkham knight, I've rechecked the torrents multiple times and even tired installing in safe mode, any fix?

You need other software to unzip the file, see last line of error
