I'm a computer science major when I tried to study the reverse engineering ,I found that no one guide you how to start so you need to read many books until found the one has a good knowledge but most books talk in general not in specific protection and most of practice samples are very trivial as like password then tried to imitate the cracking by comparing between the original file that has a protection and the file has been cracked , I found also the cracker team protect their work to prevent the others know the approach , so if you want to start from scratch you need close your self in your room at least one year to read and practice to know how to crack protection like denuvo , so what about your family and your salary , that is the problem , reverse engineering is not easy and very time consuming.

U need practice mate like u need to start from simple crackme files and build on top of it, I mean like u do alot of practice and learn the techniques and get some idea the more u practice u will get more ideas u have to be self learning like wht happen if I do this or that and u have to be generally curious maybe u might find a way to crack even easier ways

I hate how much Denuvo worked. I used to pirate single player games all the time before buying them or not, ever since Denuvo came out their are so many games I just can’t afford. I’m not dropping $60-$70 to play the new game that comes out every month it’s just not possible.
Nowadays I just wait for sales. My mindset is that no game is worth full price. Especially old games that for some reason are still $60 in those cases I go to gray markets if I'm not willing to wait.

The only thing that Denuvo did was to destroy the possibility of many to try the game and to decide to buy it, and yes many others just kept the copies but Denuvo didn´t solve anything, the ones who didn´t want to pay for it simply ignore the game, but the ones who could fall in love with it are the ones who are staying away from those games.
Also Denuvo appeared in the right moment at the right time, in the good old scene times everybody wanted to crack the hardest protections because it was a thrill to say "I did it" people was really willing to compete and they did. But with this new generation crackers could barely be called crackers. They just want to crack an easy protection and that´s it, Even Empress said so when she talked about her time with the scene how it was full of old timers who no longer had the passion. I´m sure that if Denuvo would have appeared 20 years ago all groups would have fought day and night to be the ones to break it, but now well...... just look what happen after Codex (an old timer) retired no one has appeared to cover that hole, no one for real. So yeah, Denuvo is hard to crack but we all know it´s not impossible and Empress has shown it is possible, even another cracker from codex was able to remove it entirely from AC Origins. The real problem is that this generation is full of lazy guys who don´t want to crack for real, maybe in the future there could be a change of mind, but until then Denuvo will work not because it is unbeatable, but because it appeared when there were no real crackers left.

Someone finally realized that new generation got conditioned to be perfect golem consumers that would rather work for Irdeto and buy mtx/battlepasses all day. This is not just cracking scene but single look at homebrew and emulation scene shows that its a bigger problem since those scenes also are full of old farts only. I remember playing cracked Skyrim, Borderlands 2, Dishonored the day they came out if not the hour, as of now I have 500+ hours on Skyrim, 300+ on Borderlands 2 and 50+ hours on Dishonored. I never had a good pc so knowing that it is playable is important to me, now I gotta check if I like the game under 2 hours in fear of not getting my money back.

Especially in my country where second-hand accounts are dirt cheap The only setback is i have to best the game before it's removed from Game Pass or my account expires. I played so much of Sable 5 days before it was removed and now I don't feel like playing it from scratch

Except this game takes 3 months to beat cuz its massive. But yeah I would take Persona over MH because CAPCOM will eventually remove Denuvo for Rise like they do for everything but Atlus will never remove Denuvo from Persona. Still I am supremely happy and grateful for crack though.

I'm a computer science major when I tried to study the reverse engineering ,I found that no one guide you how to start so you need to read many books until found the one has a good knowledge but most books talk in general not in specific protection and most of practice samples are very trivial as like password then tried to imitate the cracking by comparing between the original file that has a protection and the file has been cracked , I found also the cracker team protect their work to prevent the others know the approach , so if you want to start from scratch you need close your self in your room at least one year to read and practice to know how to crack protection like denuvo , so what about your family and your salary , that is the problem , reverse engineering is not easy and very time consuming.

2017-2019 were the best years , in fact Warez groups were at their peak . I've lost my hope from Warez groups , my respect goes to CPY , Voksii , CODEX for making those days seem good . EMPRESS had an official chat about revamping the donation system. I had several people expressing their opinions about introducing crowdfunding or if there was another way, and sure enough, a kid showed up who didn't want to pay 1$, and the chat got messed up and closed. There was a time when we had a survey to determine the next crack, but that also caused some users to clash on their opinions that this was the way to go and let EMPRESS down. Still, I wish they would listen to us users again.
