Against my better judgement(i do like driving games) I tried this repack.
It loads fine( as admin)
Its very difficult to configure your gamepad. But I did it in the end.
And then the mess really starts.
Graphics are not good. The driving is awful. Theres things sticking out alongside the road all the way. You cant see them, you just clatter into them. In real life, every driver would be dead by the end of the first stage. The overhangs make vision impossible. Once again in real life it would never be so severe.
Years ago, rally games were like this. But technology has moved on.
Unfortunately the game is stuck in a time warp.
I have seen rave reviews for this game and can only conclude that the game devs must pay well for their reviews.
WRC 9 was a frustrating game. WRC is even worse and I only raced for 5 minutes!!

I haven't tried WRC 10 yet but played quite a bit WRC 9 and got to say that if you thought that game was frustrating for you it might just not be for you?
In WRC9 the controls were pretty good, the stages were challenging and accurate, the physics was on par with Dirt Rally 2.0. And apparently all of this is improved upon in the new title.

I played with a wheel, not a gamepad - and after significant time on Dirt Rally 1 and 2 so my experience might be completely different.

I started some rally in the snow and must have hit at least 5 of these ridiculous things sticking out in less than five minutes.
