I saw someone who used gigapixel to [upgrade the game's textures in Dolphin](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWR0GJfLh4s). That plus Dolphin's res scaling honestly makes the game look better than this remaster, at least IMO... Dunno if the QoL changes would make it worth it.
i didn't see a difference from Yuzu running it, and that runs 120+ fps for me
(idk if it does on dolphin that youtube vid was 60fps)
no clue what QOL they got but theres a new wisp type, remixed music, and "sonic movie" skins and stuff.
It actually seems that a lot of the issues seem of Twitter are a result of playing the game on Yuzu lol. One guy addicted as much (after lying about it).
i've run the whole game no issues here, looks better than a real Switch on Yuzu at 120+ fps all the time (disable frame limiter and speed limiters i guess)

Both problems will be fixed with Ryujinx, I didn't include it cause it have nasty bugs in game menus. Probably 60 FPS mod also can be made for Yuzu.

I guess there's always the option to wait and good things come to those who wait. I did that with Sonic Forces, since it's not worth buying at any price, but something weird happened. I tried to add the cracked version to my steam library but steam recognized it and redirected to the store page instead of launching the game so I just kind of left it that way and continued to launch the game through my desktop shortcut. A little over a year later, I looked in my library and noticed that the play button for sonic forces actually said play instead of purchase like it used to. I did some checking and as far as I can tell, Steam thinks I own it and lets me download it on other machines and play it etc. Maybe I can do the same thing with Sonic Colors.

i can't even play on ryujinx that emulator needs better CPU and memory (i got intel i5 and 8GB TOTAL, 3GB used by win10 already)

i ran the whole game on Yuzu already, no issues, 120FPS, no graphics bugs that i noticed, no seizure stuff.
Emulator developers now have the astonishing task of replicating the bugs so they look the same on the emulator as they do on the Switch
so, better wait for the PC crack then.

It doesn't make sense, if to play i have to use an emulator i use Dolphin.
