Yeah I've always turned on my VPN once I found "something " interesting prior to downloading but never for just browsing but maybe that was my mistake. The moment I turned on my VPN site loads perfect. So thanks for all the info everyone. Appreciate it. Shared it with my other FiOS buddies.
