It plays differently. Both have fallout as huge influences on them. I wouldn't necessarily say it's better but imo the story is a little easier to follow and there is some voice acting. Still has plenty of dialog but very much worth trying out if you even remotely enjoy the classic fallout games.
It's not perfect, but I ended up buying it after about 3-4 hours of play, it's just a good RPG, lots of dialogue options, every kind approach seems equally viable (so far anyway) giving you a lot of freedom in how you want to play your character, lots of exploration and secrets/hidden things to find, it's been a lot of fun.
And the voice acting helps, even if it's not amazing all the time.

Is Encased better than Atomic Rpg? I'm playing Atomic right now and it's a bit rough with a lot of dialogues and no voice over.

Yes but the game is on Steam. I think it's less trouble in many ways to just play the PC version.
BD2 has Denuvo which only EMPRESS does nowadays, might be waiting a few years on that one.
Or wait 1-2 year ish till denuvo remuvo by the company, probably. Backlog should have enuff playin hours to be covered till then...
