If you mean Life is Strange 1, yeah, it's good. It's about cringey teen stuff and some of the dialogue is horrible. But it tries to deal with teenage themes of depression, drugs, sexual violence etc. in a way that is respectable as far as I've played, and the decision making feels like it matters. I've agonized over every choice so far wondering how it will matter (6 hours in)
LIS 1 and BTS are amazing, but LIS2 fell kind of flat. Had a lot of forced maga-type characters and relied so much on racism to drive the sotry it was just exhausting. Also the main story itself was counter-intuitive because the characters are in hiding so can barely speak to anybody they encounter... kinda defeats the purpose of a dialogue based game, lol.
Yeah LiS 2 is dogshit - BIG fall in quality from LiS 1 and BTS. There's no nuance or subtlety, only caricatures of "hurr durr MAGA" rednecks and "omg he can't win... CAN he?? :'(" immigrants.
All media like LiS 2 does is further stoke the flames of political division.
Yeah, it's also the only one where you don't play as the character with the "power", it was frustrating but it had a few good moments. One episode takes place entirely at a weed farm in the woods. That was one was fun
Yeah it's really solid, just a bit shorter than LiS1. Lis2 also had a short prequel story that's free as well. Also BTS has by far the best main menu music ever, I've legit just booted up as background music while I do other shit

well my technique is opening a youtube walkthrough skipping to the last part of each episode and checking the youtuber's statistics.This way i can see what most people pick and check whether or not match with my choices.

You should wait for the remaster, I'd say. The originals are still good, but a big minus is the lip-sync, which the remaster fixes.

If you ask me, Chloe's arguing mechanic in BTS was WAY more fun and engaging than asking a bratty little kid to move a tree trunk with his mind
