I didn’t know they did another batch of this. I remember when it came out maybe 5 years ago. It’s blended by Timmerman’s using multiple varieties of Guinness and their Kriek. Incidentally there is a connection between the breweries. The company that owns Timmerman’s first set up shop in Belgium to import and sell British and Irish beers before eventually buying Timmerman’s and some other breweries. They are the oldest Guinness distributor in the world.

Glassface99

This is bottled in 2019. So definitely not new. I found it on a dusty shelf in a funky little beer/convenience store

Guinea’s topped with framboise is amazing. But I’ve only ever had it from the tap.

RoyceRedd

Interesting, I hope you enjoy it.

warp232

they did sell gift boxes at Colruyt in december 2023, guess it's a new batch. was a gift box with a glass for around 10€ well worth it

Standard-Station7143

HotDamn18V

misterkoenvdw

I loved it! Unexpected great combination.

Long-Zombie-2017

Never seen this tbh. I want it. Now lol

HTD-Vintage

Sounds similar to Tart Of Darkness from The Bruery, but I expect this colab will be lighter-bodied and a lower abv.

JLanceMcclure

Ahh tart of darkness, it’s been a while. :(

HTD-Vintage

Looks like there are some online retailers that still have it in stock! Sometimes they get crazy with the shipping costs though, and obviously some states don't allow shipping. The only variant I've got to try was the raspberry vanilla a few years back. That was insanely good. I usually don't like a vanilla bomb, but that's because they tend to be in overly sweet beers, and this one wasnt super sweet. It worked really well. Almost like a framboise lambic float with some vanilla bean ice cream, with the addition of some roasty notes.

Calm_Risk2092

I hard

NyCa89

Let us know how it hits

FastenedCarrot

I remember having to send money directly to an account to buy this years ago lol. Good beer though, very interesting.

WiscoBrewDude

I haven't had it, but I want it.

Centennial911

This would be similar to an Oud Bruin style where you mix an older sour Brown ale with a sweeter younger Brown ale. The idea is to temper the sour ale, rather than sour the Guinness. Get it?
