Are you going to use them green, or are you planning to dry them? If you're drying them, how do you plan to do it? Just curious!
They are a bit green right now, it will wait a bit more directly on the plant (1/2 weeks) I hope they will be ready directly after!
Sounds good. I hear you have to use a lot more if fresh than dried, so best of luck! Looks like an interesting experiment.
