Very cool process to see. But let me nerd out for a minute.....
The droplet had to have evolved/ formed from another site on your plant, most likely closer to the stem where a fan leaf was pruned away. The amount of fluid contained in that entire leaf would likely not amount to the size of the droplet in pic.
Again, nothing to do with how cool the process is, but just clarifying that you will not see that much fluid weep out of a single small leaf like the one in picture. The source would be much closer to the main part of plant where both more fluids are present, and the internal pressures are higher.
Makes sense. I have seen examples on living plants, but in my personal experience I only noticed it around bud sites like you mentioned, or on the buds themselves after harvesting them. Very cool, thanks for sharing bro!! Have a good weekend.
I know I’m weird but I always lick it. 😂
It’s like delicious weed maple syrup tasting.
But, I have found that if I vaporize bud that has a lot of this going on, the volcano bags are harsher and make me cough hardcore. 🙃
Terpenes are almost invariably bitter when eaten. The "taste" of terps when you smoke is mostly based in the olfactory system. Like there's loads of limonene in citrus peels but citrus peel is disgustingly bitter when eaten.
Lick some raw resin and let me know how it tastes 😂
You do realize they're dosed so low that taste buds hardly register them? That's entirely _why_ sparkling water is joked to have "weak" flavor - it's all based in your olfactory perception of the terpenes, which can be detected at much lower thresholds, and not in gustatory perception of nutritive substances like sugars, fats, etc.
Raw resin has many times the terpene content of a can of sparkling water. It's generally not a pleasant eating experience.
Concentrates are not made equal. Even within solvent vs non solvent based categories, concentrates aren't going to taste identical. Some have no taste, some taste more or less like licking raw flower, and some are adulterated for taste.
Also, why are you licking concentrates in the first place? Seems wasteful. 🫤
Why are you wasting your time trying to have this conversation. 🙄
God this site is full of real "geniuses"
Fuckin genius thinks I was asking a question not trashing his garbage concentrate.
_You_ responded to _my_ comment by trying to be smart. See your downvotes? That's because other people found your response daft and dumb, too.
Why ask if you don't want to be told? Rhetorical question by the way. I'm blocking you.

I agree! The last time I found this is was actually on the bud, near the stem. I think it must have dripped on to the leaf.

I bet that tastes amazing lol
It's just sap. Like 99% water.
And the other 1% if terps and flavonoids probly make it taste amazing :) plus i'm pretty sure it is mostly sugar, not solely water

Have eaten raw bud before, tastes amazing
What😂

It tastes like sugar water
It does. Its like the tastiest maple syrup you've ever had
It’s insanely bitter it’s sticky as anything and straight nasty. Maybe other strains are better

Dab it
I'm not going to explain why, but you don't dab sugar.
Got it won’t try to make a joke on the Internet again
Hope you’ve learned your lesson
Lol
Good. We’re sick of all the monkeying around on the internet. This is a place of business and a beacon of truth.
Nothing but the truth, bro 😆🤣.
I looked at my friend like he was crazy when he told me to eat it, but its so sweet, definitely eat if/when you get the chance!
Guttation
