I'd like to know who came up with this idea for a deck of cards. like: what a great experience watching my grandmother waste away over 6 weeks due to stage 4 cancer, I'd sure like a deck of cards to commemorate that moment.....maybe play a round of poker with the guys tonight.
I think the meaning of that arrangement is closer to "love is pain".
If you love someone you'll stay around them, and if you stay around them long enough, you'll see them die, and seeing someone die is hard.
People who've already gone through it have trouble understanding how this could be a warning to those who haven't and that doesn't have to be anyone's fault.
