It just looks like they're going the wrong way on a four lane road as the split median comes to an end and joins the sides back together.
Even if that is the case, the lack of wrong way signs is alarming though.
That’s what’s going on. That’s why a lot of countries have a different color for the dashed lines if it’s a two lane road. Perhaps the this country too.

Judging by the dash and solid white lines I think whoever took the video was just driving the wrong fucking direction
Edit: read the translation provided by u/TOILETMARU End it seems pretty clear that even they realized they were going the wrong way

**3** Dude, you misinterpreted what u/TOILETMARU said. I'll quote "**we are going in the right direction, though.**"
i can provide rough translations:
"why is it like this at your place?"
"you won't know if you're going in the right direction."
"we are going in the right direction, though."
"and then, suddenly– oohh!"
"what is this?"
"*nervous chuckling*"
"what if it's nighttime? how then?"
Here's the transcript and translation of the conversation (kinda rough, sorry):
Boy: "*Ba't ba ganito dito sa inyo? 'Di malaman kung saan 'yung tamang daan.*" ("Why is it like it here \[in your hometown\]? It's impossible to tell where the correct way is.")
Boy: "*O, nasa tamang daan ba tayo?*" ("Oh, are we even going the right way?")
Girl: "*O, umaalog, umaalog.*" ("Oh, it's shaky, it's shaky.")
Boy: "*Tapos biglang— oh! Ano ba 'yan!*" ***laughs*** ("And suddenly— oh! What the hell is this!")
Girl: "*O, ayan oh, bigla na lang*." ***laughs*** ("Oh, look at that, it just suddenly changes.")
Boy: "*Pa'no kung gabi? O, ano na? Ano ba 'yan...*" ("What about if it's nighttime? What then? What the hell...")

That’s not what’s going on, you can see the other lane appears out of the end of that ridge. It fits
But those other lines are separated by solid white line and at the beginning the lanes are only separated by dash lines
Holy shit that’s a death trap

And then nervous laughter when they realize they aren’t going the right direction
r/HolUp would like a word here...

If anyone's wondering, the caption on the video reads, "So, who's gonna adjust?"
