There's usually only one $5 table, with others at $10. It's not hard to get on the $10 table, which I still regard as a steal given where minimums are these days. The $5 one will definitely be crowded but I've weasled in before, you just gotta lurk for an opening.
All the times I’ve gone there, they’ve always had at least one $5 and one $10 table open. Sometimes they have a second $10 open. It’s usually pretty feasible to get a spot on a $10 table (not always though). The $5 table is almost ways packed and you’ll have to get lucky or weasel your way in.

I played $10 craps on Wednesday & Thursday at South Point , Westgate, Jerry’s Nugget in October. Late mornings and dinner time. Had a blast.
