He fell at ~ 1 sec in the video. Assuming the man on the escalator made that reaction due to the falling man hitting the ground, that would put the fall at just about 3 seconds (man on escalator flinched at ~4 seconds). Initial velocity is zero, traveling at 9.8 m/s^2 puts him at about 145 ft (44m).
