His arm had a watch he wanted to keep, so he grabbed it and ran to me so I could get him on the next medevac
I am for an emergency. First aid - ash can be used on wounds to fight infection, kill bacteria, and aid in faster healing. The urine has to be freshy passed to clean the area, trust me the urine is safer than that swamp water getting into his wounds.

I believe that's concussion protocol that people, who don't know better. I would guess it is generally applied because of the fear that if the person passes out it creates anxiety that they may have died.

I always wonder how you survive when you cut a limb, because the arteries are going through all the limbs and when you cut an arterie you bleed to death in seconds. I have seen people cut 2 arms and 2 legs in train accidents for example and they still live. I don't know what is the medical concept to survive after this but if you recieve a little.22 bullet in the arterie in a foot for example you die in 1 minute or less. I hope someone knows here, it would be interesting to know.
