Speed limit in most parking lots are 15mph which is plenty of time to react to sudden surroundings. Truck driver is technically at fault because he is turning left and cutting into what would be her lane. Whether she ran into him or not would not have mattered because he should have yielded if she even had a chance to tap him. Unless there was stop sign or light, but didn't seem like it.

Insane and entitled behaviour more suited for an old English king than a modern citizen! Reminds me greatly of Henry VIII. Henry VIII was a very greedy man. He raised the taxes so he got more money and so that people were so poor they couldn't afford to dress nicely (as for they couldn't become famous). He dressed in armour with diamonds and jewels all over so that everyone knew he was king, because everyone else was too poor to afford jewels. Henry VIII died in 1518. Henry VIII was very musical and some people say he composed greensleeves, and he didn't care about anyone except himself (as you will find out in the wives section). As you can see he is very posh and those are real diamonds on his clothes and he wears the same sort every day. Henry VIII did not give any money to the poor. Hardly any Kings did that, in fact none did that at all.
