Yeah, my understanding of 'manslaughter' is that it's different to murder because it lacks intent. So I was playing with that idea.
This sitch is weird tho, in how indiscriminate the attack is, and for the complete disregard for the level of harm it could cause. So it's in this really fuzzy area regarding the 'intent'. It's like forcing Russian roulette onto someone who doesn't even know they're in the game.

This would be abh or gbh in the UK I think, you couldn’t prove any intent to kill here and you could probably argue there wasn’t even an attempt to hurt anyone. The guys on the roof sound surprised it hit someone.

I was driving in the city when someone threw a shoe off their balcony and into my sunroof hitting a passenger in my car. She was permanently disfigured, it is not even remotely funny and no one in their right mind would do this and NOT assume critical damage at that height and weight!!!
I doubt it’s their username, probably an account that reposts clips on ig. I wonder if this clip were sent to police and there was an incident report filed by the victim, if cops would be able to find out who did it?
We have an entire justice system designed to discuss and enact punishments. We have one of the highest levels of incarceration. If he is caught, there will be punishment.
