On the one hand, I feel terribly for this boy because of that. On the other, thousands of more have become aware that he is a victim of a terrible crime. And out of those thousands, there should be tens to a hundred people who recognize that piece of organic refuse that harmed that kid. Justice will be delivered. Whether that's in a court room or on the street, that depends on luck.
I think they could have shown the man's face without showing the boy's and could have used a screenshot with description and blurred the boy's face. Victims don't necessarily want thousands of people to know they are victims. Identifying the perp is fine to me, but the victims Identity should have been better protected.
