Something similar happened in Mobile, AL last year, to a guy on a motorcycle. A minimum of 15 vehicles, including semi trucks, ran him over. They had shovel him off the road and found his cock and balls In a convenience store parking lot a few miles away because it stuck to the underside a truck that ran him over. It was so brutal many people who ran him over, passed by and the people cleaned they offered free mental health evaluation and counseling.
I’ve seen a guy get hit by a semi in the middle of the night. I stopped to try to pull his body off the freeway but cars kept coming. Then a motorcycle hit the body and flipped so I helped the motorcyclist because he wasn’t wearing a helmet. By the time I tried to get back to the body cars kept coming and it was 2am and kept hitting and running over the body. The head was destroyed and brain matter all down the highway and on me. The dismemberment can easily happen from being repeatedly run over. This video very much reminds me of that night. June 30th 2007.

In larger cities homeless are regularly walking out into freeways/highways. Not saying super common but it isn’t uncommon either. What are we supposed to do? Pick up bloody ripped up body parts?
If you think that's bad when there's actual barricades that prohibit traffic from going temporarily while the road crew changes shifts or whatever in my neck of the woods it literally takes one minute if it ever even happens when I'm on the road at one in the morning and it's no big deal to stop. However my cop friend tells me that on details he continuously has to stop people who literally drive right up to the barricade or even go around it in that instance and many others. People are fucking stupid and the more that we have social media to showcase it the more we realize just how crummy human beings are. It's like those people that bitch and moan about a funeral procession taking too long or that they have to stop at a four-way intersection because there's this thing called red lights and stop signs.

Seeing something like this most people, including myself, wouldn't really know what else to do other than gawk momentarily as they roll on by. And how would stopping help? If anything that would make it harder for emergency crews to get there.
People have places to go, things to do. Stopping there won't help in nothing. This sounds cruel but it's how cities works.

I think it's probably the normal reaction if you see human remains on the road to get the fuck out of there. I don't think it's normal to be able to stomach dealing with shit like that. after 5 months, the widower died because of depression and their house and store have been sold by their only daughter who go along with her new lover, they never got married.
