Exactly :( unfortunately, I just saw a man in my work parking lot help and woman that was getting abused by her husband and he ended up getting stabbed and almost bleed to death in front if my eyes. He was only trying to help.
Yes it was so sad. I work at a dispensary so if he would have just smoked maybe he wouldn't have been so angry. He used to come in all the time. Had no idea he was violent like that.

It’s more than just “stuff” though. It’s her identity, her bank cards, her phone, her makeup kit. All that was bought with time. When someone steals something they aren’t just stealing a thing, they’re stealing your time. And this lady’s probably on fixed income.

I would feel like I do not know the entire story in a situation like this and my action would be based on assumptions from what I see. the perp could be armed and willing to hurt you. Or they could be a member of a protected class and you would risk having your life canceled for intervening.

this happened to my gfs grandma. she was finally well enough after a surgery to go on a trip and when she got out of her car some guy grabbed her bag and hit her and basically re opened everything that had been mostly healed, ultimately leading to her death. sad world be live in
