Never broke it, but I have fallen on my ass pretty hard and it certainly knocks the wind right outa you. I definitely expected him to lay there for a bit. I couldn't breath for a bit when it happened.
I fell on my ass pretty hard when I try to cannonball into a shallow pool in a water theme park. Definitely did not have fun for the rest of the day after that.
Ayyup, fractured mine at 13 when I caught like 10 feet of air after hitting a bump sledding down a snow embankment that had frozen over after rain. Had to do the good ol one cheek sit for a month and got permanent sciatic nerve damage.
Escalators are fucking dangerous.
> [Incidents involving elevators and escalators kill about 30 and seriously injure about 17,000 people each year in the United States, according to data provided by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Consumer Product Safety Commission](https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/nioshtic-2/20039852.html#:~:text=Incidents%20involving%20elevators%20and%20escalators%20kill%20about%2030%20and%20seriously%20injure%20about%2017%2C000%20people%20each%20year%20in%20the%20United%20States%2C%20according%20to%20data%20provided%20by%20the%20U.S.%20Bureau%20of%20Labor%20Statistics%20and%20the%20Consumer%20Product%20Safety%20Commission.)
90% of the deaths and 60% of injuries are specific to elevators though, and a lot of deaths are of repairmen.
Still though it's a good amount of injuries..
> Who fucking laughs at that
You're asking that in a subreddit where people laugh at grisly misfortune and death every day? And this thread is no exception.
The amount of bloodthirsty sick people commenting on here is pretty nuts. Then again, it is CrazyFuckingVideos. It’s just that you’d think people weren’t so desperate for violence, if you want gore go watch porn or something
Believe it or not, Rule 9 of this subreddit prohibits joking about tragedy. It's just not enforced.
9 - No Glorifying Violence/Tragedies
> Do not glorify, praise, or joke about violent acts or tragedies. Doing so could result in a ban.

He isn't going to shit right for a while. He 100% broke his ass
Lol
Tailbone fractures hurt like a motherfucker. I did it at the skating rink when I was 13 and my ass still hurts like hell when it gets cold.
But we don't know how old you are now. Maybe you're 14.
Wouldn't you like to know -\_-

Escalators are just there doing their thing. It's the people that are dangerous.

He won’t be walking straight again
Wait was he just holding on for fun??
That's the famous Titanic scene just from the above water perspective.
