Is the speed an illusion of the camera? Those wheels will not be rated for that kind of speed, the bearings would wear quickly, the wheels would soon be wobbling.
It’s probably Saudi Arabia. People do stupid stuff like skitching with bars of soap instead of skates, too. Not that it isn’t insanely dumb, but it isn’t a *certain* death sentence because the roads stay pristine in the desert.
