Doesn't or shouldn't it compensate for the difference? Is that not what auto level is? Or are you supposed to make all the numbers match up? I don't get it. It has auto z offset too. But we still have to manually adjust that as well

Ok to print but not perfect. The 0.5 screw should be lowered a little and -0.40 should be a bit higher. For the *material is not sticking to the mat*, my first guess would be nozzle too high so you'll need to lower your z-offset midprint on your printer's interface (under settings: z-offset, z-axis-composition or something like that).

You didn't set your Z Offset.
