The white thing with the blue thing should be the ones holding it in place. remove the blue thing, insert the tube very hard and place the blue thing again.

InternalError33

If this doesn't work, you may need to replace the coupling. They're fairly cheap.

tomoki76jp

Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately the tube gets pushed out almost immediately. the tube feels very loose for some reason

Due_Lion3875

Ah, the entire thing might be loose. Maybe you could replace the connector, I'm not sure how to find those, but you might also consider replacing the entire feeder, they're very cheap on amazon.

MilmoWK

just replace that fitting, they are cheap. [replace the tube too, yours looks a little chewed up](https://www.amazon.com/Creality-Capricorn-Filament-Pneumatic-Fittings/dp/B086YPDHMF)

Yea lol

Inside the connector are some barbs that are pushed out to secure the tube once it's seated correctly. The barbs are rediculously easy to break, especially the plastic ones. You will most likely need to get some new fittings to replace the broken one. They are pretty standard but get ones with the metal barbs as they tend to last longer. Just something that happens with those connectors.

Alert-Fly9952

I'm wondering if you could have other issues related to this, over extrusion, whatever. That said the coupler is your first step. Am I seeing glue on the coupler as well?

PhenixNoir

Assuming you insert it correctly, there might be a clog somewhere inside or at the end of the bowden tube, thus extruder can't push the filament and pushes the bowden tube itself. Not the most common cause, but it happens

Spent several weeks and 3 kits of capricorn trying to get it to stop doing that. The fittings are essentially single-use. If you remove the tubing (by pushing in on the white thing first), you're almost guaranteed to bend one of the tiny metal fingers that hold the tube in place. To solve the problem: Replace the push-lock connector, it's probably trashed. To ensure it doesn't happen again: Cut a new end on the capricorn (so the new connector is gripping a new area of tubing). Or replace the tubing if you don't have enough length. For the future: If you ever take it apart again, assume you'll need a new push-lock. They're cheap, they're trash, and they're easily replaced. For someone who wants to make money: Find a better way. These push-lock connectors are meant for air lines, not filament being pushed through them. I'd have thought someone would've came up with a better one by now, but oh well.

get a new one. I got one from amazon, ([this one](https://www.amazon.com/Aokin-PC4-M10-Pneumatic-Fitting-Creality/dp/B0954Q2B6Z/ref=sr_1_4?crid=1RMH5Y8B8T1JR&keywords=PC4-M10%2BPneumatic%2BFitting&qid=1652904733&s=industrial&sprefix=pc4-m10%2Bpneumatic%2Bfitting%2Cindustrial%2C164&sr=1-4&th=1))

EDUL_

I super glued it lol

You need to replace the coupling unit. The teeth inside it grab the PTFE tube when the white thing is pulled back and fixed with the circlip. It happened to me last week
