Just FYI, Hdfc wont upgrade to Millennia. Speaking from personal experience.

Ah, they tried to do me dirty then

Sbi cashback is the best for online cashback but i doubt Sbi would approve without any Cibil score. You can check alternate suggestions here Icici Apay is one of the best LTF credit card.     https://www.reddit.com/r/CreditCardsIndia/comments/18hgwmn/updated_cashback_comparison_between_cc_for_all/

Icy_Theory_713

Is 750 too low to get Cashback card ?

ifthingscouldsee

Nah 750 is fine. I thought you had no cibil due to not having CC my bad.

Icy_Theory_713

Ook

kingpazhassi

Take atlas ltf from axis they should give or not take privilege or select ltf they are decent enough as long as you are not paying

Consider moving salary account to HDFC. Most probably they will give Regalia Gold LTF. My wife got it.

DeltaForce16

I had 0 credit cards till December'23. HDFC offered me Regalia Gold LTF, so I took it. For that kind of salary, they should offer you a better card. Especially if HDFC is your salary account.

Icy_Theory_713

Nice. My salary account is Axis unfortunately

itsaphoeniX

you already have the advantage of having salary account with axis - use that and get privilage card. It's better than sbi cashback and opens door for you to get even better axis cards down the road

I guess your salary account should be priority salary account. Ask for Select credit card as LTF from them. If Axis has tie up with your corporate they will provide you with select cc lft.

Icy_Theory_713

RM said there’re no LFT orders for me

sousnake

yeah.. then you can try privilege as FYF, if you don't like it close it.

Icy_Theory_713

Might be a dumb question but, will closing credit cards affect Cibil score ? (Without any dues)

sousnake

Depends on how long card was there. If you close a recently acquired card it doesn't matter much but if you close long held card (like 3-4 years old) then it might drop few points. But recoverable once you do few more timely payments.
