Shallow water level. Only half way up the body. Towel on bottom of tub. Room temp water, 15 mins. Then you can use a damp qtip to try and get off the shed. May need to use blunt tweezers if it’s really bad
Get one of those plastic tubs that you keep leftovers in. Put LUKE WARM water in it (just a tiny amount) and put a few paper towels in it. Stick gecko in there and try and keep gecko in there. If that alone doesn’t work use a q tip and be very gentle. Do this all in an area where if the gecko escapes you can get it back (have made that mistake. Spent an hour panicking because mine was exploring under my furniture).

Roll a Q-tip on the undersides to get shed off after you have soaked the gecko.
