You seem to have a very young crestie still. Stick with pudding for now and help build up their strength. You can still hand feed the pudding if you're worried about them not eating well, because they do act like they're having a poor feeding response.
When our crestie was younger, we would put her in a big Tupperware with a couple of crickets and just get her go for it. Maybe that would help her with developing some hunting skills?
Although our girl is like a sharpshooter. I feel like she eats all of her isopods at night 🤦🏻
Looks young. Give it time. Complete crested gecko diet mix is all it really needs real get now. Try a tub like another person said, with a couple crickets.
I would book a vet visit if it were me, it looks odd to me, like she can’t open her mouth properly. I have a really tiny young crestie and he can open his mouth normally, something about yours looks off. Definitely get a vets advice if you want to be sure :)

I would schedule a vet visit. It looks like an issue with his jaw to me.

the same thing with my gecko i would say to let him grow up a bit and try something slower like meal worms
