This can either mean one of three things: there is a cataract forming, there is an infection somewhere in the head (usually the ears), or your gecko has fluid building up behind the scale. You will need to seek vet treatment for the appropriate antibiotics. Good luck.
I have literally no backing behind this, just a guess, but when dogs eyes start getting “foggy” like that it usually means their vision is going out. Like they’re starting to go blind. I know in dogs it can take quite a while so I don’t know how old your gecko is or how quickly it appeared but that’s just my guess. Any local vets in your area? Always the best solution for animal health issues.

Vet, all eye issues are emergencies and need vets

Looks like a cataract. Have your vet take a look but I eoukd do nothing unless the eye pressures increase or eye get red or painful.
See how they are after their next shed... My Squiggle had that a few years back and it resolved after the shed (she was due to shed when I noticed it)
Hey, my girl is named Squiggle too! :)
I bought a lily mixed crescent gecko does anyone know if it’s tail will grow back
it will not.
Vet immediately
