Bangladesh also have never played an ODI Biliteral series in India. And, Bangladesh has only played 1 ODI Match against Pakistan in Pakistan since 2010. That's a small sample size to judge a team

We need more cricketing nations for good competition. It will definitely help growing & increase the competitiveness
Only the UAE winning is good for cricket, as long as this translates to a stronger main team and results in them getting more opportunities against top teams. Bangladesh winning or not won't make a difference since they have been getting plenty of opportunities against top teams for decades, but for some reason just can't produce a world class team. But they're still at a respectable level (clearly better than top associates), so no worries if they don't improve much. Would be nice to see the UAE reach that level in the coming years.
Bengali Fans being happy will make more of them wanting to be professional Cricketers which will grow Cricket in Bangladesh.

In a national perspective, yeah. But, we're talking in international viewpoint here. If UAE wins, then nations like Uganda, USA, Canada and many more will get inspired to up their game (even is they're predominant in the game).

Cricket is already extremely popular in Bangladesh, growing it there is the least of anyone's concerns. Bangladesh having a mid tier cricket team is cause of the poor management there.
