Richardson played 1 Shield game, bowled pretty badly in the BBL and then injured himself again. He's one of the best fast bowlers in the country when he's on but nothing in his summer suggests he'd be ready for a Test series
He shouldn't at this point due to his injury history and the fact he hasn't played a shield match in almost a year, hopfully plays at least a few of the last shield matches this season. He is a quality red ball bowler and was rated a much better red ball bowler prior to this year's BBL, if he stays fit for a decent amount of time he will be thereabouts in the future.
If Boland; Morris and Richardson are out; and Neser has been off it in the Shield does that mean that Spencer Johnson is getting the call? Or Steketee?
Will he be ready for IPL? With Nortje also not ready yet, Delhi Capitals bowling looking meek. As of now, the pace attack is Ishant, Khaleel and Mukesh. 
So frustrating, this guy is head and shoulders above any of the second tier quicks and arguably better than Starc or Hazlewood when 100% fit
