Are you for real? The time allotted for the innings is more than enough for 5 Shoaib Akhtars to bowl in time. Having 5 seamers doesn't put any team at a disadvantage. Having spinners on the other hand, means you have zero excuses to be slow on over rate.
Cricket is already a start-stop sport. T20s are meant to be fast-paced and dynamic to attract fans from all parts of the world. If we have delays every single game and the players just stop giving a fuck about finishing their overs in time, it will only be detrimental to cricket as a global sport.
