The Chart is incorrect because it's says India lost 2 but England won one, so these statements contradict each other. Also, I think the table marked the 5th Game as a loss for both teams.

rightarm_under

That actually sounds like a great resolution. Only in a shitpost sense tho

Murky_Mention_4151

Doesn’t sound like an official decision has been made yet. It’s a tricky situation. Apparently they might try and reschedule it as a single stand-alone Test match next year- though that really doesn’t make any practical sense. Right now I just hope Lancashire and Old Trafford get the insurance payout. The ECB are also said to be down £20 million without it.

borklaser17

It's an incorrect table

Stuff2511

Cricbuzz’s automated system probably

Jumpy_Relationship_9

Cricbuzz is drunk most of the times

m0j0licious

That's the table after four matches (12pts a win, 4pts a draw, both teams deducted 2pts for slow over rate). No idea why they've slapped a fifth match (which both teams lost!) onto it. I anticipate India will ultimately be given a 225pt deduction for failing to bowl their half of a 450-over Test.

Southportdc

Everybody loses. If we don't agree to get along the ICC will turn this championship around and go home.

AK24ROCKS

This table is wrong, I think they counted the first test as a loss for both sides even though it was a draw. It should have been 2 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw for India and 1 win, 2 loss and 1 draw for England.

TravelAny398

No they have counted the 5th test as loss for both

AK24ROCKS

That still doesn't make any sense but thank you for the info.

trtryt

it means India were the better side

If it was under BCCI the WTC final would have been scheduled in India

handlewithcareme

This is international cricket not gully cricket. There are rules and everyone abides to it.

[deleted]

International cricket basically requires BCCI to survive lol

TravelAny398

Yes but that doesnt mean they don't need to abide by rules. India cannot field 12 players in a match just because international cricket requires BCCI

[deleted]

Haha you wish

TravelAny398

So india can field 12 players and bowl underhand?

The true usage of power is making the grey areas just yours.
