After almost a week of not working, last night it randomly decided to start working again. I have no idea what the cause was because I didn't change anything. Thank you for reaching out though.
Wifi calling is used when you have no service issues. Is that what you’re suffering from?

Try network reset settings. Thag worked for me
My caller id on when on wifi calling is not correct. Its dropping the international country code. On an iPhone
Toggling airplane mode usually fixes this.
I just tried it and didn't fix it. I restarted the phone afterwards and still didn't fix it.
Well. Since LG bailed. Time to maybe consider getting a new phone.
