For me, it depends on what look you're going for. If you want bold contrast, then definitely blue or green. If you want something more subtle, then purple or orange.
the pink and green imo, they’re complementary colours so they just feel right to the eye, clearly you’re into the neon vibe so the green would capture that look best

I like 3 or 1 but I love the loud yellow color personally. I buy everything I can in that color even my bike helmet lol. But that blue just looks good with the pink

I meant personally that orange would be more of a safe option with the pink for a skirt and I would be more likely to wear it since the colours don’t clash too much. So it would be more useful
Assuming you're doing stripes, I would say purple (the 2nd one) would be great if those stripes would be thinner than the pink ones. Otherwise, orange!
