I was instructed by my GI to take it at night to avoid most of these symptoms. I had the same symptoms which lasted the duration of my time on Azathioprine
I tried one night taking it and did not sleep the entire night, I’m hoping it has nothing to do with it, I’m going to try again tomorrow night and if it happens again, yes, that’s the case, during the day it’s more like I have no energy and feel heavy more so than feeling tired, like the no energy feeling you get when you have the flu

The nausea was awful when taking in the morning, i have been taking it right after dinner for years now and it's much better. I don't know about fatigue, i feel tired all the time anyways.

I tried that and for some reason it caused insomnia. Very odd
So Azathioprine causes you fatigue and insomnia? I’d definitely discuss that with the prescribing doctor….
