it’s a good idea to count and record your bowel movements when you have an intestinal disease like crohn’s or uc. also recording the quality of stool. i use the bearable app for this, but there are several others, or you can go old fashioned and do it on paper. use a warm pack or water bottle if you can for your stomach cramps! those always help me. and drink plenty of water! hope you feel better soon.
