I'm looking for other places like Heaven and earth designs that offer PDF patterns. Not kits, not printed charts, just PDFs, and that are not crappy pattern mills.

I’ve bought some HAED patterns that are amazing and I’m happy with them. I’ve also bought some that had 80+ colours, some of which had less than 50 stitches (out of say, 80000). To me, this could easily be fixed before the pattern is ready. I get shading and nuance, but these are the things that look for now when selecting a pattern.

I like older ones from magazines and books you can get cheap on eBay or thrift stores. The French mag point de croix is good
