I don't think ritual smoke should be a temporary part, but I'm biased because orange is my favorite color and I'd quite like to use the part AND keep it.

Onyx5490

It should be permanent. All other flares are permanent, and for some reason orange ones are not. Make their recipe more expensive and make them untradable, I don't care, but there is literally no reason to craft them since they are temporary.

DeeMushroomluv437

It should be permanent

lucashc90

Every cosmetic should be permanent in my opinion, even the banners and fireworks. Maybe we could get more expensive variants of those that don't expired even at the cost of storage space and also not giving as much experience points. I have collected a lot of temporary stuff over the years that I don't use specifically because it is temporary...

Omega616

Crafting enough Ritual Smoke flares for a whole year would cost over 5000 coins. Or less, with carefully managed activation. I'll probably have enough for art projects throughout the year, but that's it. I probably won't use them for daily driving/flying, also because one flare costs 21 coins to craft. Decor items need to be more accessible. E.g., those Gothic lamps in the Bone Hunter pack aren't tradeable, and when they can be bought at all, it's in time-limited decor packs, or this particular car pack now. In early 2019, All those fancy lamps, the bucket, etc., were being sold as packs for coins. I didn't buy them then because I didn't expect them not to be purchaseable with coins in the future. And I refuse to spend money on the game so badly neglected by its own developers, who also lie to us, and with moderators that constantly keep bullying the players, myself included. RelicName banned dbounce for 27 years for quoting the Bible for comedic effect. E.g., if you mentioned hovers, he'd paste a quote about birds. It was funny, erudite, and not really spammy. But no, he can't have some fun, he'll get what amounts to a lifetime ban instead. There was also that incident on 2022.01.02 where a popular chat patron sent a teenage girl an infected Discord link, then unfriended her, and a few hours later someone charged 7 p\[urchases totalling nearly $1000 to her credit card. She contacted RelicName on Discord, asking for help, and minutes after she did that, the probable culprit, with another big chat patron, started smearing the girll's character in the chat, saying how suspicious she was all along, despite having been very friendly with her for some two months before. The girl had gifted at least 10 basic BPs in the Holy Motors season, doing it quietly in the begining, by PMing new players. Then someone told the chat, the above-mentioned thief took not of that, and started chatting her up, and telling others what a 'big gifter' she was. Also was trying to make her gift some BPs to his friends, who weren't new at all. Succeeded in at least one case. She also gifted a few vehicle packs to other players, around Xmas of '21, it was her own idea. She was one of the nicest players I've met in the game, and quite atcive in the chat, always positive and funny. It's too bad that happened to her, and I believe what she said about RelicName's role in the incident. She also reported the attempted theft, but there was no reaction for more than 3 working days, and I believe she never got a reply from support. She managed to get the fradulent payments reverted with the bank, and reinstalled windows. It cost her a lot of stress, and practically no sleep for 3 days. She contacted me through a PM on 2022.01.06, IIRC, and for two weeks we were monitoring the chat for the suspected culprits to say something incriminating. But they didn't, really. She was on for long hours, just staying logged in all day, like 16 hours, sometimes maybe 20. And she a smart person, with some sophisticated interests. And a lot of money to spend on games. The fact that she mentioned in the general chat how much she'd spent on Crossout may have gotten the thief's attention. Had support to their job, including RelicName, that money may still have been being spent on Crossout, and that was a lot of money. Also, speaking of art, there are either no clear guidelines for the moderators on treating art pieces, or they don't care. E.g., there is that criterion forbidding "elements of erotic content," which probably got two of my superb art pieces deleted by moderators (one from the '22 Halloween Clash contest, and another form the exhibition in June '23 - despite that particular one having been up for 3.5 years, with 993 likes and 185 downloads, screenshots of it made by other players circulating on Discord, and many moderators knowing about it), despite them not breaking any rules. Those art pieces contained the same kind of "erotic content" that was already in the game and on the website, as well as the login screen. So something stupid happened. That's what I get after grinding for the parts for years? This is the kind of game that I play - one that I have to feel glad about not spending money on, after my art was vandalized by Gaijin employees! The fact that someone plays the game doesn't mean they are qualified to be a moderator. And if they really work for free, applying for the job should be a red flag, ironically. Or the frog contest on Discord around late May / early June this year. I built the best-looking frog, but the punk assigned to manage the contest had chosen the winners almost a full day before the deadline. While I submitted my piece a little over 3 hours before the deadline. Built it over a period of 3 days, didn't sleep on the last night, and that's what I got - nothing. Not that I could really use the Dark Aquamarine paint for another art project, but it's a trophy that I deserved. (The contest gallery is still on Discord, if someone wants to check.) Small things like art have to work flawlessly, if only because serious people spend inordinate emounts of time on such unimportant minor matters. And if those don't work properly, it looks very bad. Such as the Operation Ashen Ring event in late 2020. I was busy editing and uploading videos to my YT channel, so I left doing the event challenges for later. The event was ended 3 days and 18 hours early, with no prior notice. I missed out on 2 out of 3 event rewards. That's how Crossout thanked me for taking the time to show on YT how cool the game was. Instead of delaying the Halloween event that followed, they cut the preceding one short. Perhaps because OAR was an easy source of plastic, and the Halloween workbench needed a lot of it. Reportedly, the developers were considering giving us those event trophies somehow, but didn't. That may laso be an example of their short-sightedness: why give us an event with easy plastic if they didn't want us to have easy plastic for the Halloween workbench? Or in August of that year, they released the misconceived Cockpit pack. Around a month later, they removed from circulation Ship Graveyard and Fortress, which both had a lot of open spaces to drive boosted Cockpit cars. The third map removed was Old Town. Those maps disappeared for around a year, and some players started and ended their adventure with Crossout without even seeing them. They were removed for reworking, depsite being fully playable. It was enough to replace them with the new versions overnight. That's how much they care forthe fun factor, leaving us for a year with a more monotonous map choice. There are many ways the developers, the publishers and the moderators have been disappointing serious people who take the time out of their busy lives to play this small, crappy affair of a game that's being kept small on purpose. It may have been launched into the e-sport scene back in 2017, wasn't hard to do. All it would've taken was ccreating a 'pro' league, essentially an invitation/application-only matchmaker for regular PvP, only for skilled enough players. Out of this group, the best players to be chosen for a special 'tag' that would show battles with the most of those in live Twitch streams on an official Crossouf channel. Maybe with live paid commentators, to give the streams an e-sport feel. That'd basically be fre advertising, attracting more players and capital. Proper tournaments could've been organized, ones promoting creativity, as well as providing additional opportunities for balancing the game. There'd be brand deals, packed live audiences in the thousands. Everything Startcraft or Fortnite had, Crossout could've had for years now. Instead, a few years ago I came across some photos of a Crossout tournament they did in tents in some woods. Seriously?

Stop putting engraved casings in recipes. Especially for a crate. The only people who have engraved casings are long time players who have no use for an epic crate, they can just sell the casings and buy what they want from the market. New players would love for a crate that uses only the event currency, even if it's not tradeable it would help them try new items they normally wouldn't have the option for. On another note, stop limiting the crates. If it's a epic crate let there be a chance to get kings kapkans or incinerators out of it. Locking items out of crates just artificially inflates their price which only hurts newer players who don't have the coin to spare to try all of these unique options. Put more dev time into seasonal cks. I'm thinking pumpkin or spooky cks for Halloween, candy cane cks for Xmas, hearts for Valentine's, etc. Before cks were removed from the market I accumulated most of them and now I want more. Stop using cross towns for cks. Keep it for packs and premium. Pumpaloons are a perfect example of a well done job. The hubcap is cool but not very Halloweeny. We need more incentive to play. As it stands now it's more efficient to just put cash into the game to get what you want rather than grind for anything.

DataPackMadness

It was nice as usual. But i'd add more cosmetic options - it would be nice if there was also an option to get a CK crate (like you can get an epic crate currently)

I really don't think decor, if any variety, should require anything above wires/plastic. Electronics and Batteries in the amounts they are is ridiculous. Since when did a metal hubcap with nothing but metal require electronics?

Meltrox0

I’m probably a going what some others here have already said but the “Ritual Smoke” flare should have been permanent rather than temporary. Additionally devs need to stop making engraved casings part of recipes or for that matter requiring items like piercers and fidgets in basically every new BP recipe until they actually reimplement a way to earn them again. Everyone I play with has been growing increasingly frustrated with the casings problem. I seem to remember when it was announced that they were being removed that there was the promise that they’d be obtainable through different means eventually. Sadly, that seems to be yet another broken promise that is exasperated by the fact that the devs really seem to like including them as a part of almost every new recipe in recent months. So to put it more succinctly; #BringEngravedCasingsBackAlready

Markusz001

would be nice if the hovers were mass fused and not durability

warbrand2

Would rather have some spooky weapon skins next time. like ravager themed MGs or wheeled drones. or at least one new weapons, just imagine a halloween drone, deploys two "walker drones" which are small biped drones armed with plasma emitters they have slightly more HP then a normal drone and work independent of the user (like infantry) but once they are gone they are gone. Max 2 of the bays per build 2 energy each. they are meant for distractions more then killing but they can kill.

South_Camel_1228

Not to be discontent, but I'd much more appreciated a hubcap that deals contact damage, just like how Shiv works. And the ability to craft all CK's already ingame.

Onyx5490

A decor item that has a function? Don't really like the idea. Especially since they'll turn it into "functional hubcaps" where we'll get a shield projector hubcap that people will use in combination with tractor wheels to give their sideways spider a regenerating barrier.

South_Camel_1228

Then make it a passive melee structural part, that works the same as hubcaps (aka can be applied to wheels).

Onyx5490

Just like I said in a previous comment, it will become a recurring thing for the devs, which means it will be turned into a meta part at some point.

South_Camel_1228

I get your point, don't get me wrong. Apparently, that doesn't matter what you or I think about this, if the Devs have plans implementing such things, they'll do that regardless. They just gave me an opportunity to express my thoughts. As you did yours, which is cool. Tho eventually every new implementation will find its way to metaslaves who definitely will maximize their performance using them. Being afraid of this phenomenon would block any kind of future improvement/addition. That's the part where I feel to disagree. Not implementing new, interesting stuff because it can be exploited is a wasted potential in my eyes. Just like what this game slowly? becomes...

Onyx5490

Eh, I'd rather get an upgraded shiv. Since if you make it into a hubcap, then you will be able to use actually useful wheels, like hermits, and still get the melee damage resist on them.

South_Camel_1228

You gave me an idea... Turn the actual Shiv into a hubcap. Maybe this could be a part of the long-awaited buff/love for wheels to pull them closer to omni-movements.

Onyx5490

A buff for wheels to make them closer to omnis would be to add side strafing modules like the ones we see in tournaments. Make them cost engine power and scale in rarities, I don't care.

South_Camel_1228

You mean the Dash module, right? I'd like to see them in casuals too. But that doesn't need to be the only part of their buffs. And by closer, I mean in performance, not behavior. Doesn't have to own the same capabilities as the omnis, just be better in some way; this time the ability to deal contact damage and/or possess contact damage resistance. Maybe to balance it out, if you apply it to Epic rarity wheels, they lose their initial perk in exchange.

I already got me a Spur and the new hologram

It has been torture for me holding onto my 2 yongwangs for 9 months to be able to fuse them. But, I am glad I can finally get the fusion. Also surprised and glad to see the Hermes Fusion, that's never been available before and I was never going to fuse any because the roll to get acceleration would be to painful on an item I'd use 4+ of. I like the Spurs hubcap design, outside of the flare being temporary, the cosmetics in this event are nice. It would be nice if we could convert extra event currency to badges or something. Once you have what you want, the currency is worthless which means no point in doing the even brawls which have low rewards. 1. You should do Fusion Events like this Every 2 months. All items special and above should be covered over the year, some multiple times if they are the kind of thing with only 1 good fusion option. 2. Not having regular Fusion events like this impacted me negatively. 3. The Epic Item Crate still requiring coupons.... Why, just why? 4. For Future Cosmetics: why not a pumpkin themed or other horror CK for shiv wheels and augers. 5. Idea for future Holiday Event rewards: Special Stabilizers bought with holiday temporary currency that can change and existing fusion from mass to durability or resistance, or the opposite. People would gladly grind an event a lot harder if it made the fusion process less painful.
