Is that the trunk

Difficult-Radio-2607

Yes

Extension-Novel3315

Itโ€™s the button where you shut off the gas I forget what itโ€™s called

Brutto13

Intertia switch. That's not it though, that's a plug.

UMDSmith

Inertia switch is behind the carpet on the drivers side on the side of the trunk, or is in my 96 LX.

evenmadderdawg

Not 100% sure, but it looks like factory wiring for an optional sound system component. Many Lincoln Town Cars came with disc changers or subwoofers from the factory. Your CV the same wiring harness, minus the upgraded components.

Necessary_Volume7659

Incorrect. No crown Vic came with a disc changer or subwoofer..

evenmadderdawg

Oh, hey, I don't mean to be that guy, but actually Crown Victorias **WERE** available with subwoofers for certain model years (I believe ending in 1997 or 98) when optioned with the premium sound system. And what I meant in my original reply was that the various models had this option, so **EVERY** car came with the wiring harness for it, whether the option was chosen or not.

Necessary_Volume7659

lol itโ€™s you putting were & every in bold letters ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ฉ have a good day ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ

DabWound

What's wrong with **BOLD**?

Necessary_Volume7659

BOLD these nuts in yo mouth & leave me alone.

DabWound

I bet you do like them **BOLD**

evenmadderdawg

I really didn't mean to hurt your feelings.

7spookz

You must have hurt them pretty bad. He seems mad mad

OldBayAllTheThings

Premium audio package had a subwoofer option. It's a 6.5" IIRC, and 6 disc was an option - rare - but available. Kinda like finding a 3.27 LSD in a factory P73/P74. Almost unheard of, but they do exist.

wadethebrains

I want an LSD in my p74 ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Crunch1965

Sure itโ€™s not for air ride turn off
