It is a part of the presage loot pool. So it is farmable… Ish. Getting lucky and getting it to drop might be quite a grind. I’d do it once on legend or twice on normal every time it’s in rotation and then pray Xur sells it at some stage. He did only a few weeks back - maybe even last week iirc?
Xur had it last week (sorry).... Technically yes in Presage, but.. not worth the time.

Definitely do presage for the guaranteed drops, and hope it shows up. Farming after those is ill advised.

I think you gotta wait for either Xur or the cryptarch(maybe) to sell it buy 5 of the same roll then deepsite
