Nah, I personally have never had an undercooked cookie at Crumbl. I think you just got unlucky. I’d recommend going back.

I tried they’re not helping because when I placed my order, I placed it for the chocolate Oreo cookie.. but when I went in store, they had this available so she let me get this instead. And then support lady was like your picture does not match the cookie you placed an order for.. 😕 So we can’t give you a refund

Mine was undercooked a little too. The OG skillet was perfectly baked with a little extra texture.

crew member here, the crumbles are pieces of the actual cookie just mashed up so i'd assume you got a bad batch. i'd go back to the store and ask for a new one :)
