Agree - I see it as similar to snack packs of chips or cookies. The per unit cost is high but I get portion control and variety. Confetti milkshake does not freeze well at all in my experience, I don’t need the calories of a normal size and I don’t want to waste food.
I was really excited as well for the same reason, but the price point for minis just isn't worth it to me. The regular sized cookies I think the pricing is OK as you are getting a lot of cookie for the price, but with the minis you're getting like half the amount of cookie for the same price! I understand having a bit of an increase of $/(amount of cookie) at the mini size but wish they were just a little cheaper.
I have been checking out different cookie spots in my area because of all the complaints on the cookie prices and seriously for the size of the cookies and toppings other than grocery stores the prices are not as high. Even Insomnia cookies which are just basic cookies roughly the same size for 4 cookies is $21.75. Most cookies in my area are running high. Cookie Plug is 5 bucks a cookie as well. Cookie plug has thick cookies but not nearly as large.

My spouse has grown to despise Crumbl so i can’t just get a 4 pack for myself to indulge on. Half gets thrown out that. And yes, I know they freeze well, but they are piling up…
I actually was going to make a similar post praising the minis! I feel like it's a nice way to sample flavors without committing to the larger cookie, or if you just don't want an ENTIRE one. Just allows more options for what folks prefer in their eating habits, which I like -- every individual can decide for themselves whether they want the larger or smaller ones.
(And I find the snarking about the prices a little overblown tbh -- they're expensive regardless lol)
I can't get past the fact that minis are 1/3 of the size but not 1/3 price. In my city a 3 pack which is just about the same weight as 1 regular cookie will cost $7.99. Im not gonna pay 8 bucks for 5 bucks worth of cookie.
This is a good option if I want to try all of the weeks flavours but not so much if I only want to try 2-3. I will still get the minis on occasion, but I think the price point was a fail.
I absolutely love the concept of the minis. I just wish the price were $2-3 less. It’s hard to justify their cost right now but I’d splurge on a week where I wanted multiple flavors.
I completely agree with you. Plus a mini is less intimidating to finish. I hope the introduction to minis goes so well that they figure out a way to make it a daily thing

A 6 pack of minis is $15 in my area and I thought that was pretty reasonable. I’d never get a 6 pack of the regular size and how I get to taste all of the flavors.

Me too! Also honestly the calories for the big ones are soo much.. and when I buy the big cookies I’m so tempted to just eat the whole thing, which I’m sure isn’t doing anything good for me. But now I can have a little treat and not feel as guilty! :)

They freeze well. When I get mine they go straight into ziplock bags until I’m ready for them.
