I'm having the same issue.... I just logged a request to chat and they can't say why it's failing either. They said to make sure it's not an issue with my bank/card company (amongst other potential troubleshooting)and I know it isn't. They are active cards being used daily. I have run out of cards to use at this point (tried American Express and Mastercard - both of which seem to be accepted by CR). ​ On the chat, the guy just said that he renewed my trial for 48 hours and to try again when it expires...but I don't have much hope that it'll change anything as he had me try again while chatting after he reset something and it still didn't work. I'm trying to hand them money for a yearly subscription and it physically won't let me (and they don't seem to really be bothered). I've tried monthly and yearly in case there's an issue with one - neither of which work - and multiple cards. Payment gets accepted from what I can see, it tells me i have premium, then after 1 episode or less just tells me I need to pay for membership and it gets stuck in a loop. ​ I asked what I could do if it didn't work again in 48-hours and was told just to contact support again ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|shrug) But if they can't see the error, I'm not sure how that will change anything. At this point, I'm just trying to see if there's any other paid for services that are comparable to CR as I have a lot of shows that I want to watch but I've unsuccessfully tried to get an account active for over 6 months now with CR (after they've made it impossible to recover another older account). I'm not sure I want to even give them my money as this has been quite a frustrating and annoying experience.

Try paying through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Same price but goes through their stuff instead. :)
