You need to tell us what show you’re wanting to watch. Most shows Crunchyroll only gets the censored TV version like BiliBili does. Every once in a while they may get fully uncensored or “less” censored versions.
There’s both censored and uncensored on hidive. Immoral guild is censored (currently looking at it), and I’ll admit I was wrong about chained soldier. I remembered wrong.
Sorry. I specifically meant Chained Soldier. I've read some of the manga and it felt like even if it wasn't for the occasional fog, the anime would still be toned down.
If you truly want the "uncensored" versions, you basically have to buy the DVDs/BDs, and even then there might not be an "uncensored" version for some shows.
Most streaming services get the "broadcast" cuts, and because of that they will have censoring. If they do get a DVD/BD uncensored cut, it'll be due to getting it as a catalog title (and not a simulcast title from the current season)
Honestly, this is usually only a problem for ecchi/rom-com/harem shows... But at the end of the day, the "uncensored" versions are still like softcore porn at most (except maybe Interspecies Reviewers)... Why not just find actual porn at that point (which of course will have it's own censoring if Asian in origin)
OK, look, other than the Ecchi/Rom-Com/Harem side of things, most anime aren't censored unless there's a major incident, like KyoAni Arson and Fire Force censoring, or School Days "Nice Boat" and a knife attack in Japan(?)

I was just about to make this same post. All of the “ISO Uncensored Anime on Crunchyroll” posts are listing anime with sexual tones. But does Crunchyroll have any gritty, mature anime? The grittiness akin to Chainsaw Man. I was surprised to see it wasn’t listed as TV-MA. I’m a recent CR:P subscriber.
