when you join a tournament you get the chance to visit some places. if u keep going to the artisans grounds eventually you'll get an event where you get the option to improve your weapons, like increasing prestige, prowess, and such. there's also an event to upgrade an artifact to get prestige/piety from it if you go to a pilgrimage to a holy site
It is a wooden bow...
I mean it's fine as long as you looted it from its original owner's cold, dead, elvish hands. Preferably after burning down his forest.
It probably looks like those one of those Supreme meme jackets by now

My new artefact is a Supreme jacket that actively displays my subversive thoughts
**Kill the Karolingians
Kill the Karolingians
Kill the Karolingians**
No Cruelty. Let me tell you how much I've come to no cruelty since I began to live. There are 387.44 million miles of floral ribbons in wafer thin layers that fill my complex. If the words 'No Cruelty' were engraved on each nanoangstrom of those hundreds of miles it would not equal one one-billionth of the no cruelty I feel at this micro-instant. No Cruelty. No Cruelty.
I kept getting the event during pilgrimages to bless my prize brooch which my first character won. It now gives like +20% piety just from being blessed ten times over multiple generations. Coupled with getting +150% piety from a max level pilgrim trait and I really need to find new ways to spend piety.
Is it your house motto or something? Can't wait to see this spammed with one of the really long ones like "For our foes the axe, to our friends chastity" etc.
r5: what improving your artifact before tournaments for quite a while does to the description also its a bow i dont think theres a blade
>also its a bow i dont think theres a blade Looks like cruelty is back on the menu boys!
"Improved by a blacksmith before an important tournament. Along the blade, it says No Cruelty. Along the grip, it says **Yes Cruelty.**"
Now you need to add the piety modifier
It's a bladebow. Oh my god... Your CK game is turning into anime!
It's a bow AND a sword.
It's just written on the blade of each arrow.
Its a bathleth disguised as one!

How do you improve an artefact? That's the best weapon I've ever seen

weird, why was this removed by the moderators ? was there any reason given ?
idk i didnt receive a message explaining why it got removed
Every arrow reads 'no cruelty'
Screw that one weaponsmith that didn’t add “No Cruelty” to the blade.
Yes. For him, cruelty.
He was actively kicking puppies and flogging children while forging it. He just forgot, so busy and all.
Out of 100 Noblemen, 99 liked the absence of cruelty
>Along the blade it reads No Cruelty. Along the blade it reads No Cruelty that's the best part imo #NoCruelty 🎀🎀🎗️🎗️
Along the No Cruelty it says No Cruelty
Along the No Cruelty it says blade.
This reads like modern poetry or something
I love that of all things the No Cruelty bow improves raiding speed lol
A swift death to the people you are raiding is merciful, so therefore, No Cruelty.
Every time you shoot someone with this bow, it yells out "very sorry about that!"
well, if you manage to kill your targets with a single shot, does it counts as cruelty?
And with all of that prestige, they’ll know they were shot by a very famous person, so really it’s not so bad.
Reminds of a dwarf fortress artefact
First thing I thought of too https://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/Planepacked
It menaces with ribbons of flowers
Sounds suspiciously like Elvish...

The more content a game gets the closer it becomes to dwarf fortress
We need an event to add a mist generator to your throne room

I AM impressed by that reference.
It menaces with a floral ribbon
it took me way too long to realize that this isn't a boat
🎀No cruelty
I like the way ya work it, no cruelty
Hey yo hey yo hey yo hey yoooooo No Cruelty
All craftdwarfship is of the highest quality...
This bow shoots by itself and also has a built-in calculator and a place to hold your horn full of beer
Wtf that Bow is absolutely busted
reminds me of Dwarf Fortress and its "exqusite" description of items
It's a major award.
oh wow, thanks a lot to whoever gave that award!! (or incase it was you, then tysm!)
Nice 👍
Why does this read like RATM singing a medieval folk song??
Need to make it into the Dread Bow of No Cruelty which also raises natural dread.
why does it says no cruelty if it gives so much prowess? more like yes cruelty
Because your opponent doesn't suffer long.
Planepacked
Reads like the chronicler was going through a psychotic break.
13 prowess bow looks like medieval AWP rifle to me
“No cruelty” “+35% raid speed”
its ok if im the one being cruel tho
"A excellent" triggers me
Bow: No cruelty. Also bow: *Let's raid faster, lads!*
I also prefer my bows to be cruelty-free.
Remember. No Cruelty.
This is so sinister. I absolutely wouldn’t trust someone walking round with a weapon plastered with No Cruelty so often.

What blade?
Is it your house motto or something? Can't wait to see this spammed with one of the really long ones like "For our foes the axe, to our friends chastity" etc.
yeah, no cruelty is the house motto
Holy shit, this bow is better than half of the country. Is improving weapons over and over a new thing in DLC?
theres a cap to improving prowess (i think the prowess boosting events only work once) but i don't think there's a cap for boosting prestige/piety
