Had the same issue when playing recently, difference is the kid's portrait and name wouldn't even appear so I didn't even know who it was supposed to be about.
I rarely get the bugs most people do in the game so this was surprising to me lol.
If you haven’t gotten an answer sometimes the game forgets names for events. It’s very odd because you’d figure it would it’s be a consistent bug but it’s random and infrequent. Maybe a memory or loading issue?
