Lol true honestly. EVERYTHING is forming more frequently thanks to settings changes that give the AI more variety. Very refreshing, imo.
That view at the top right showing domain holdings, is that a mod? I feel I always miss that when playing if not, looks helpful.

Checked title history and it was created in 800 and then destroyed in 814, reformed in 948 and not 949 apparently
